No matter what I do I cannot install this update. Is there a way I can turn it off or is it needed? Thanks

I am on windows 7 32 bit. Can anyone help. I have searched this, as well as other forums with no luck. Thanks

It is error code 8000405. also says Windows encountered an unknown error.

Yes I tried all that too. Didn't work. I wonder if i should delete that font first?

I would not delete one of Window's basic fonts.

The update just allows it to work better with certain items. You may already have it installed, or just hide it for a while and try later.

You might, if you want, download it from the Microsoft Catalog site and try a manual install.
