32-bit

I keep getting conflicting info on whether or not this browser will run on 32-bit Win 7. One source claims it will run on any Win 7, then another site says it will only work on 64-bit Win 7. Anyone know for sure? I'd rather not clutter the registry by downloading a useless app I have to uninstall.

I have an Dell Optiplex 980 running Win 7 Pro on a 64 bit platform. It is maxed at 4 GB ram which I think is the minimum to run Win 10 64b. Can I just update to the 32 bit OS so the 4 gb memory will be more adequate? Thank you
