Hi all,
I bought some additional ram and am planning to buy a new videocard in the near future.
Will adding the ram and installing the new videocard result in the de-activation of my Windows 10 pro?
Regards
A message has appeared on some users (mainly Pro apparently) desktops saying Windows needs activating. Microsoft have acknowledged the fault and will release a fix asap:

Hello!
My question is: can I use one installation dvd of Win10 pro to install more computers and later use licences to activate? It is an OEM version. In other words, OEM conditions are bound to the licence or the software on the disk?
Thanks.
Have a Lenovo 50-80 that came with win8, did the upgrade to win 10, later got a notice to update win10 and the thing just died.
I like win7 as it runs all my goodies just fine, so I replaced the hd with a ssd, loaded it with win7 ultimate boxed version, when I tried to register it I got this...

Hi,
My friend has an 8-year old Dell Studio One all-in-one desktop computer that appears to have a bad hard drive. My friend doesn't have a recovery USB nor DVD. Question is, if we get a new hard drive, is there a way we can install and activate Windows Vista legally, without buying Windows...

I think is a virtual desktop manager.
I can activate with the mouse left click touching the left border of my screen.
Then appear three points in the bottom of the screen.

As we continue to close the gap between Win32 and Universal Windows Apps, one of the features we’ve recently introduced is the ability to activate a UWA from a command line and pass the app arbitrary command-line arguments. This is available to Insiders from build 16226.
This feature builds on...
I am a self-imposed system builder. I’ve chosen to build by own PC’s over the years because I have control over much of the build. Recently, my Gigabyte LGA 1150 Z97-D3H motherboard (with Win 10) cratered due to my careless dropping of the HSF on the CPU receptor area when trying to apply fresh...

So anyway, the motherboard died, so I swapped like for like - A Gigabyte SKT-AM3...

Quick question. If I build a new PC and move the hard drive from my old unit to the new one, will the activation code still be valid? Isn't it based on the computer's configuration (MB, CPU, etc)?

Background... a few days ago I shutdown and disconnected my Desktop PC (running valid upgrade to Pro) and cleaned the inside (compressed air). Upon reconnecting it to all of the cords it decided to go into a BSOD loop.
Long story short I did a repair and then did a hardware test (all was OK)...

Hey guys, it has been a while since I posted. I was having some terrible issues with my Windows 10 install.
I had some terrible issues with updates breaking my activation. I would go from 14393.1066 to 15063.0 or 15063.250 and my activation would tell me it either couldn't reach the activation...
