I tried to restore to a previously 'created restore point' but it failed (System restore error 0x80070091).
Because I had an Audio Driver issue...
Meantime I fixed my audio card driver problem (reinstall)...
But immediately two irrelevant things are screwed up now...

then ALL files+folders get the "Administrators" account as owner.

My sister put a password on my Wii U, and the only way to get a master key so I can reclaim it is via email. The only problem is, when she changed my pin, she also replaced my email with hers. I can access her email if I log on to her old desktop on my computer, where she has her email password...
Hey everyone, I am at my wits end. I have a Win 10 64 pro machine that if I run the machine for a while, and then go to install a program and try to delete the folder in Program Files so I can get a fresh install, the OS tells me that I don't have permission.
However, if I reboot the machine...
