Hi,
I have an SSD which currently has Linux installed on it, and is, I believe, formatted to ext4. I'd like to use this SSD in another computer and clone Windows 7 to it. Do I need to wipe and reformat the SSD, or can I just use it as it is?
Thanks.
I have a 9year old acer aspire 5515 that I would like to install a new hard drive in. My idea was to clone the current hard drive and install the clone to the new hard drive with either a CD rom or external drive
I've never done this before and had a question. Could I save the cloned drive...

I just found a huge Windows 10 flaw and it has impact on File History, too.

I just stated to get my Toshiba back to Out of the Box condition. Well, since I changed out my hard drive to a Solid State one, with just the first disk of three, it has taken me 3 hours and 40 minutes to get the Hard drive deleted 50%. So much for SS Drives being in a hurry.

So, when I ordered my computer I saw that I'd have 1TB of storage. I see that the default area where things are installed (C:\) only consists of 149 GB total, while the Data (D:\) drive has a total of 780 GB. I'd like to move some files over there, but I'm not sure what I should do. I would also...

I did the upgrade from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro. Privacy concerns aside, I like Windows 10. I haven't had any problems with software and hardware compatibility. I use 27 different email accounts within WLM 2012, for a variety of reasons. Many of these email accounts have additional...

Hi,
I'm doing a migration from a 2008 R2 domain called "company, com" to a 2012 domain called "ad,company, com". My question is, which would be the easiest way to migrate all user accounts from one to the other? Is there a built-in tool or do I go third party?
I already have the new servers set...

I was using Win7 on an HD with all the programs like Excel. Recently, I installed Win 8.1 on a new SSD and disconnected the HD with Win7 on it. Can I, and if yes, how do I uninstall Win7 from the HD without affecting other program on the disk which I would like to use with Win8.1?
Thanks.
