document issues

Hi, I've noticed new log files appearing multiple times per day in documents, they started appearing 19/02/2021. I have not idea what is causing these files, can someone shed some light on this please? I'm using Windows 10 Pro, Version 2004

Hi there just looked in "my documents" and seen that I have a XVID file appear as a DISK IMAGE FILE Type of file. Believe it a virus... Any ideas as to how I can get rid of as AVG not deleting. Thanks
