Both Klondike and Freecell now have choices of levels to play at, such as Master and Random. It specifically notes that some Random choices will be impossible to solve. Does this imply that other categories' games are always solvable? I've had some really bad setups in Klondike which appear...

Hi
As some people here know I've been a FreeCell addict since Windows 3.1.
I've won 100 straight games without a loss 3 times, and usually win about 92% of the time.
But now I've done something that I have never accomplished before!
I've been in the top 10 lowest number of moves for a...
Hi
This is a battle that I've fought for years trying to keep the old Windows games running on the later versions of Windows.
I've use registry hacks etc. to keep them working.
When I updated to Windows 10 Anniversary they all quit working again and my old hacks don't work.
I was upset...

Hi Everyone.
Finally after nearly 20 years of trying I have won 100 games of Freecell without a loss.
I always play 100 games and start over, my previous high score was 98 out of 100, but I've never gotten to 100 without losing.
I select the games at random, I always finish all the games I...
While trying to address another issue, I selected to open a program with default program. I evidently chose Windows Media Center.
Now, no matter what I do, WMC pops up. It pops up even when I try to open Freecell.
Tried to do a system resore but it gives me an "unspecified error".
My Live...
Hi
I've been trying to get one of the FreeCell games installed on my new computer.
I've found a few in the Apps Store but none of them will install.
I just tried another one, named Games Chest, which includes FreeCell but as always it just starts the process and then says this app could...
Hi
I love the default games of Win7 (Mahjong, Solitair, Freecell).
But I can't get them on Win8. That's because Microsoft doesn't support my country.
Is there any way to download and install these free games on Win 8 other than from Xbox?
Hi
This is a new record for me....

I would have pasted in the image but I'm having a lot of problems with this forum lately.
It won't let me cut and paste or put in images?
I'm having problems in both IE and Chrome!
I'm not seeing these...
Hi
I finally got my Microsoft Games working in Windows 8.
I can play FreeCell again!!!
Here's how to do it.
First copy the Microsoft Games folder in it's entirety from your Widows 7 install, Program Files folder to the Program Files folder on your Windows 8 drive.
Next copy the...
