greyed out

I have a DELL laptop, windows 11 latest update. My battery icon shows a 'X' mark and the wifi/sound/battery taskbar is all greyed out. When I open Bluetooth settings the windows auto closed. Need solution for this.

The search bar in windows explorer is greyed out and I can't type anyting in it. In Task Manager there is no Search task. Perhaps that is the reason. HJow do I get the Search task back?
