It works fine now, I removed the Java 32-bit version I add manually and then reinstalled the 64-bit version and it worked.
Not a complaint, just a note.
you must install the Java version for the x-bit you use.
if you use IE x86, installl java 32 bit
if you use IE x64, install java x64.
