mini dump

My computer constantly crashes or freezes, espeically during movies. I suspect its my video card but i'm not sure. Is there any way of verifying? I have also attached the mini dump file. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey, well this problem was fixed a few months ago by someone in this forum but now it came back and I'm not sure what's causing the problem:(. My computer has freezed once and 2 days later I get a blue screen. I hope you help. Thanks in advance. Here is my mini dump folder.
