I'm an old-timer, I still like Syd Meier's Civilisation III. This installed under Win 7 Home Premium (32 bit) just fine and runs fine - but where do the Save files go? I can't find them in order to delete old ones!

Old games like silent strom (from nival) and sentinelle (also hammer and sickle) are not supported by W7. Unsuported video card message !!! So far, no passtrought !!!:frown: (BTW, ny system is a amd quad core with a nvidia gtx285 and windows seven pro 64 bits).

I thought I would start this thread for games. What games have you seen work, what games have issues so far? I am successfully running Crysis, Sims 3, and an older game called Maelstrom. So far so good.;)

Well, I thought I'd try the old Broken Sword games again, for the pure nostalgic fun of it... Everything went well at first, Shadow of the Templars (BS1) and The Smoking Mirror (BS2) are working fine in ScummVM. Broken Sword 2.5 installed without a hitch and runs perfectly fine as well. But...

I still have the old nice MS game Midtown Madness 2. Now it works perfectly on XP even though it's thought to be used on Win98. I tried it on VIsta but it doesn't really work. At least not that much that it's fun to play. So I'm gonna test it on Win7 when I get the BETA. I'll write details here...

Ok, Kinda a weird problem.. I have a really old game that i love to play and worked on all my op systems except vista.. I'm so mad. Its called starsiege tribes and it was meant to be run on windows 98. But i really wanna play it and cant figure out why it only opens in a window that i cant play...

Any way to restore/reinstall my old XP Pro solitare? The Vista Ult one is clunky and slow and requires two extra steps to play againâ€â€Â￾irritating for this addict who plays each day until I win. Thanks, Kerry
