pinning

When I try to pin new folders to the Windows Explorer Taskbar icon, it drops the last one (past 22) off the list (also doesn't show any recent items). My display's 1280x1024, so it's not like it's huge, but I've still got enough space for another 15 or so. Is there a registry key that limits it?
