I deleted the Desktop folder located in the personal folder, now whenever i try to put something on the desktop or oper an folder i get a message saying "C:\Users\JHolliday\Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable".

Is there any way to remake\restore the folder?

Solution
Just make another one. Right click (in the file manager) C:\Users\Jholliday. Scroll down to "New". Select Folder.
Right clcik the small blue panel, you will now see, called "New Folder" and scroll down again and rename it Desktop.
You might find it convenient then, to right clcik the desktop and select your icons, etc and personalise again.

Try System Restore
