Windows 7 admin permissions

hi guys , i have 7rc. it worked fine a while but now almost every time i want to open some file it show "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" and yes i am looged as admin and it was a clean install. XP is on C and 7 is on D. files from both partitions cant be open just that error message appears every time. help i cant do anything. i have tried everything what to do with permissions.
