Windows 7 Adobe Photoshop CS4

Ok, Right i've got photoshop CS4 on my PC, wich has Windows 7. I can't run photoshop, it says photoshop has stopped running and then it closes it, I've never been able to run it, Help? I've also re-installed it, The same thing.

No problems with CS4 here..... Make Sure you right click install EXE and run as admin.

Hi, I'm running Photoshop CS4 as part of the Adobe CS4 Master Collection. I have no problems with my Windows 7 Ultimate. Make sure you have all the available updates. I also did a clean install in preference to an upgrade from Vista.

Photoshop x64

I can only run Photoshop x86.
Photoshop x64 says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b). Click OK to close the application."
I have been to the Adobe forums and they said to try replacing the file AMTLIB64.dll, that did not work either.
