Windows 7 After I got a virus, I can't open .exe files and get the message, "this file does not have a progra

This is the message I get when I try to open all of my programs. I cant use .cmd.

this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel.

Does anyone have an idea of how i can fix this?

If you are sure that your system is now infection free, try the EXE fix listed here Link Removed - Invalid URL
Read the instructions on that page
