Windows 7 All Kinds Of Various BSOD's Please Help

Well I have tried everything I know, thats why I am here is for you help of what are causing all these Blue Screens with various errors. Some times it won't even boot into windows or safe mode, and other times it will get into them but crash soon after. I have ran the built in memory test in windows, I have even tried each memory stick one at at time. I use hard disk sentinal and it doest report any harddrive problems. I don't know if in the logs it will show but it might have my onboard nvidia video device disabled, I did try that too. All of this started after I put in a pci-e ati video card, but since then i have formatted and reloaded windows and I still have the problem so I don't know what is going on. Every time I try to uninstall the nvidia video drivers from control panel it will give me a bsod 0x0000004a which probably isn't in the logs because I already had the logs made before this happened.I then ran driver sweeper and ccleaner to remove it and then it started up in regular mode and stayed on for the longest it had in a long time, then i got this bsod error 0x000000d1 then it mentioned ataport.sys, which also probably isn't in the logs but if you need them I will redo my logs if I can get my computer to stay on long enough. Hope we can get this figured out, I've been trying to figure this out for about 2 weeks. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and my mainboard is the Biostar MCP6P M2+ Ver. 6.x and I'm using on board video.

The memory timings are set right 5-5-5-15-20. However, the frequency is not. It is running at 200 Mhz while it should at 333 Mhz. In the bios, set all the DRAM options "Auto".

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
    bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002a59d29, address which referenced memory

just curious but is there anyway to get screenshots of the bios, i know how to do it within windows but not in the bios. Like a lot of those things you mentioned don't have the auto option and like on the voltage it is set on the lowest setting 1.95v. I have uninstalled avast and virtual clone and named BS_I2cIo.sys to .old, will keep you updated. Let me know about any other options,thanks for your help.

With a camera.

They do unless you got some exclusive motherboard. "Auto" will adjust them to the right settings.

ok i will take some pictures, and yeah knew auto would probably do that but, I don't know what everything is under that performance boost section and i don't want to ruin anything so I will post pictures and hopefully you can help me out.

ok I am getting ready to upload my pictures from my bios, check them out and let me know,thanks alot

Change them to "Auto":

1. Memory Voltage
2. Memory Clock - I don't see this option in your bios though, there is one in blue but that's not an option.

The memory timings are set right 5-5-5-15-20. However, the frequency is not. It is running at 200 Mhz while it should at 333 Mhz. In the bios, set all the DRAM options "Auto".

PC-5300
Frequency: 333 Mhz <- Auto
Timings: 5-5-5-15-20 <- Auto
Voltage: 1.8v <- Auto

i don't know what to do since there aren't any options for changing them to auto, I don't even think there is an option to change it manually.

You can compare your current frequency with the official specs and you'll notice the difference.

"Load setup defaults" or "optimized defaults' or to that meaning is what you should look for in the bios.

If Ram is not working right and there is no way to fix it -- that's the problem.

~~~~~~~~
If there is really no way to set 333 Mhz, then I would change the timings to 3-3-3-9 for your current 200 Mhz. Change the timings only. Then reattach your new 'memory' and 'spd'.
yeah its not that i don't think you are right, you know its just that i don't have the option to change it to what it should be. This computer ran good for atleast 2 years I don't know why all this started now. Wish I could have seen the settings before I updated the bios but I don't think that should have changed it, and it was giving me problems before the bios update thats why I did the update. I just haven't messed with all these kinds of setting with the memory because I don't know what everything in there means. I have loaded the Optimized defaults and this is what it loads, the only thing I have to change is the floppy because I don't have one in the system.
As I see it in your picture, Link Removed due to 404 Error, there's "Timing Mode". There may be the frequency and the voltage as well - study your bios manual. If don't have one search for and download it - do your best.
Hi guys,
I am having really annoying issues with my windows 7. BSOD appears when we go to run a program called RMS and as this is in a business it is causing huge hassle. I am attaching the mini screen dumps I cant even view these so i was wondering if someone could even give me a read out of whats in the screen dump i might be able to figure out exactly what is going on. Any help offer is much appreciated, many thanks
Hi Chocolatelover,
Please start your own thread as although cases may appear similar, they are all different (bit like people really!!).
here's my options, please let me know what I need to do or if you need something more.thanks.
well i'm having the same problems I began with, I haven't changed those settings in the bios because I'm not 100 percent sure where to enter them. Earlier you said "If there is really no way to set 333 Mhz, then I would change the timings to 3-3-3-9 for your current 200 Mhz. Change the timings only. Then reattach your new 'memory' and 'spd'." I attached those last pictures hoping maybe it would help you to let me know where to enter the stuff. I did get the manual and it didn't go into much detail, like I'm not sure how to enter 3-3-3-9. Sorry for all the trouble I just don't know much about all these settings, never overclocked or anything so not very familiar with all the stuff.
Ok,
1. Timing Mode --> Auto
2. Memory Clock Value or Limit --> 667 (DDR 333 Mhz x 2)
After you adjust the settings, attach the CPU-Z tabs.
I'm trying to get the cpu-z tabs but unable to get regular mode of windows to stay on long enough to get it started and in safe mode it gives me an error and basically just shows the cpu tab. Earlier when I did start it up in regular mode i did get a new bsod message it was 0x000000f7 dealing with a driver, I'm also trying to get new logs put up but kind of having same problem I can get everything with the sf tool besides the Windows information.
The only way I could get Memory Clock Value or Limit --> 667 was to change timing mode to Manual, I just wanted to mention I did do that and I am trying to still get the cpu-z and logs once I can get windows to stay on long enough to get them ran.
