Windows 7 all programs problem

I clicked on "all programs" and accidently removed a program to my desktop. How to I return this program to "all programs"?

Cut it from your desktop and paste it here:
C:\Users\{YOUR USER NAME}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Just drag it back into the start menu...
