Windows 7 All screwed up

Hello, i recently had a virus which i got rid of but i also lost some features from w7. I recovered all of them but 1. I think they call it the snap feature,when you dont have to clik the minimize or restore window size boxes. You just push the window to the edge of the screen and it gets bigger or smaller. How can i restore this feature? I am running w7 ultimate

Have you still got the "ease of access" centre in the Control Panel? (Or hold down the Windows Key and press U)
If so, open "make the mouse easier to use" and make sure you have "prevent windows from being..etc UNchecked. fwiw. Most users prefer the option to be ticked, as it can be obtrusive.
