Wish I could see your attachment... I will assume you mistyped the original title. Could you re-attach the picture, use the snipping tool to take the picture, then attach it using the paperclip on the Advanced replies?

While you are doing that, you can add columns to Task Manager. Look in the view option and possibly add PID and Image Path and Command Line.

Offhand, try seeing what is expected to load on system start-up.

Go to Start-> Search -> msconfig

"Startup"

Don't be afraid to search for anything peculiar, but be wary of disabling something that may be of importance. Using this method, you may be able to identify rogue software. If you can still boot the system in safe mode and are seeing these issues, there is a good chance that the problem is in the registry.

yes i can boot from Safe Boot
and the softwares in "Startup" are all Toshiba programs and the Anti-Virus
i also did uses several registry clean and the problem still exist.

Weird the Photo is clear, but if i got enough time i will take another photo and attach it.

In task manager, click on "View" tab, click "Select columns", then check the box "Command line". Now you should be able to see the full path of the file. If you hover the mouse over the entry, it'll show the file description. Alternatively you can open up the properties and take a look. Once you've figured that out, it can be disabled/kept per choice. If theres no info, google for it.

ok, i did that,
how didn't figure out how to do disable/kept

btw, if i disable it, it will damage the system right ?
because rundll32.dll of the important system files.

If you can link each to a valid process, theres no cause for concern. For those you cant google. There'll be no permanent damage to the system if you just stop a running dll.

no excuse for concern ?
they just make the CPU Usage 100% and lagging the system

ALSO:
after i run Vice City they appear
one of them has in command line this:
=================
C:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe C:\windows\system32\gameuxdll,GameUXShim {d228fc64-8095-49c6-9626-c9f3e01cf8ec};D:\Games\GTA Vice City\gta-vc.exe;1888
====================

any idea ???
what is GameUX ?

just note, that happened approx. 1 week or 2.
it's wasn't like this before that.

Gameux.dll is related to the Game explorer. Try disabling data collection feature in Game explorer. Also check your game compatibility with win7.

MY GOD IT'S SOLVED!!!!

damn Game Explorer, the damn thing was behind all of this.
now that make sense, since my desktop pc has Internet and my laptop not.

thanks very much everyone i really appreciate it (specially you Bill2)

damn
a short lived success.

the problem returns :(

how can i disable Game Explorer ??
this is the problem.
i set it to "never collect or download anything"
and it works at that time, today i found the problem has returned.

i couldn't delete the "gameux.dll" but i have a way to delete it by a software
but i think i should ask before screwing much..
