Windows 8 Applications opening on different monitors after monitors sleep.

G'day,

Just recently I've upgraded my video card and gone from 2, to 3 monitors. However, as soon as I did that I now have the issue of applications moving to different monitors when the monitors go to sleep. Anyone ever heard of this? No loss of focus of minimising while I am using the computer, just the issue after the monitors sleep.

All I might suggest is you check the connections to the specific monitors. One output may be a default primary output and is being recognized first when you come out of sleep.

Otherwise, in whatever utility you use to set up the multiple monitors, do you show them in the correct order and have one designated as Primary? What utility are you using to do that and what type of video card do you have?
