Windows 7 As how to Uninstall IE 9 windows 7 64 bit

dear all,

Notebook with Operation system Windows 7 64, when fresh install will have IE 9 64, it that true?
if i am mistaken, it may be has been installed IE9 on windows 7 64 bit.
because my application not compatible with IE9 then IE9 need to uninstall.

please help me, how i can uninstall IE9 64 bit from windows 7 64 bit so it back to Ie8.

If I'm not mistaken, windows 7 came with IE 8.

I have Windows 7 and IE 11 automatically installed or upgraded. I have some websites that only work with IE 9. They are government card access sites and will not be updated until who-knows-how long. I had a friend/tech spend time trying to get me back to IE 9. He has gotten it to download, but when I try to run it, it says IE 9 is already installed. It is not. Based on advice on microsoft pages, I changed the features on IE 11. The advice said that my computer would default to an older version. Instead IE disappeared, altogether. Please help. If I should post this on another page or tread, please tell me that, as well. I have never posted here, before.
