Windows 7 Audio playing faster than video

I am confused on when I watch a video online on Link Removed. The video's audio is going too fast and the closed captioning option does not work. I used Cosmeo on Windows XP Mode's Internet Explorer. Can any one help me?

Do you have the latest version of Adobe FLASH installed?
I tried a couple of videos there (the ones I could get to without signing up) and they were fine under Flash 10.

Yeah I have the latest edition installed but I still have problems.
