Windows 10 balck desktop screan

it didnt work ..my computer still goes black on the screan when i switch it on ...
 
Have you updated your other drivers particularly chipset as these can have a bearing on how the system runs?
 
i have updated them ..updated all the drivers and even windows updates ....after i did windows updates my computer went black so i don`t know the problem
 
Hmm.. Try checking the Acer Aspire forums? Perhaps someone with a similar model has had the same issue.


Also sometimes only a clean install will do. The upgrade process can be a little buggy and many of us here always clean install when a new version of win 10 is released.
 
I'm not sure if this will help or not but try running these scans:
File scans
Right click on the Start menu icon and from the revealed list choose 'admin command prompt'. Type:
sfc /scannow
press enter and await results

In the same command prompt and after the above scan has finished type:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press enter and await results (longer this time).

If the first scan found files it could not repair but the second scan is successful, run the first scan again using the same command prompt box and this time it should repair the files found.
