Windows 8 Blank icon that doesn't disappear

Hey guys, so i'm having this problem:

See that blank icon with no description? I can't erase neither find out how to clear it. It is there since i uninstalled toshiba music place, but somehow the name of the icon disappeared also. How can I erase that icon? Thank you for your time

If that's the case then that should be the icon left over and some registry string left over from the uninstall of it causing to look like that. Just drag/drop it into the trash can and empty trash can.

Just curious; what happens when you try to open it?

Well lol actually it worked. I feel so stupid right now.
