Windows 7 BlueScreen : needs analysis of dmp file

Hi Experts

Getting blue screen and unable to read the .dmp file.
Kindly analyze attached dmp file and advise.

Looking at the dmp file you sent you might need to update your bios if an update is available.

Your also missing Service pack 1
