Right click and "Unpin". Do a thorough uninstall with Revo Uninstaller, preferably also with CCleaner to get rid of any mess. It's just some leftover, not anything dangerous, would be my estimate. Someone out there wants to remind you...
Oh. Your attachment seems to indicate registry markings, I'm not so very good with that, we need to have a more experienced person involved. I would recommend Revo and CCleaner, they are very safe.
