Windows 7 BSOD 5 minutes after computer's start

Hello,
I have very annoying problem with BSOD showing up circa 5 minutes after starting the computer:
It happens only after the first start (sometimes also after the first restart) - I have been doing something for 5 minutes and suddenly - boom! - BSOD. Computer restarts and then it works perfectly... Only sometimes it crashes also after the restart.
When I turn it off and turn it on again, everything happens again...
I'm attaching a zip file - there are logs and dumps from W7F Diagnostic Tool, screens from CPU-Z and HTML file from PassMark RAMMon.
Thank you in advance for any help!

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I was without power for 3 days due to Hurricane Sandy.

You have a Realtek RTL8192SU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

Please un-install the CyberLink program immediately

You also have the 2005 version of the Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver - which is known to cause BSOD's. Please update it immediately.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Woooow!!! Thank you very much! I have not expected such a big help!! You made a lot of great job!
I've uninstall/updated drivers you pointed (I hope so!).
Unfortunately, I don't know what are Philips Semiconductors 3xHybrid and Atheros network adapter driver and if I need them... I can't see any device related to these drivers in Device Manager...

Athrx.sys is most likely your wireless USB network adapter. Follow the advice for that.

As for the Phillips, let's just leave it alone for now and see if we need to pay attention to it later on.

If the BSOD's continue, please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload it with your next post.

Hi!
Thank you for your reply! Do you know how can I remove drivers of devices I can't see in Device Manager (even with Show the hidden devices option on)? For instance, I cannot see Realtek RTL8192SU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter or Atheros network adapter driver...

Don't try to remove those devices from Device Manager
Use Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program to remove the program that controls the wireless USB network device

To update the driver for the Atheros Network Adapter - just install the updated version and it should overwrite the older one.

We'll wait and see if there are any further BSOD's. And, if there are, then we'll deal with those drivers as necessary. We have ways to remove these drivers manually - but we don't need to do that at this point in the troubleshooting.

Thank you for your reply! So far I haven't got any BSOD... Hopefully it's gone! But if I get one, I'll write immediately. Thank you once more!

Hello,
Unfortunately I got another few BSOD's... Can you help me? I'm attaching the dumps from Minidump folder. Thank you in advance!

We're trending towards a hardware problem here - but we still have to check a few software issues that resemble hardware.

Un-install Comodo temporarily. Install one of these free anti-virus': Link Removed - Invalid URL
Ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned back on

Atheros network adapter driver (athrx.sys) dates from 2009, please update it to a more recent version. If unable to locate a more recent version

You have these 2 network devices - the athrx.sys driver belongs to one of them (I suspect it's the wireless). Update both of these from the Realtek website

Realtek RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20): Realtek

Realtek RTL8192SU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter: Realtek

BUT, as I recommended earlier, I strongly suggest that you un-install the wireless USB network device, then physically remove it from the system for testing (use either a long wired connection, or an installable PCI/PCIe card that plugs into your motherboard).

To remove the Phillips device, please do the following:
1 Create a Restore Point using System Restore
2 Create a Repair disc by going to Start...All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc
3 Test the System Repair disc to make sure that you can get to the System Restore entry when you boot from the disk (you may also want to try actually using System Restore to make sure that it works)
4 Download this free program (Autoruns) and use it to disable any instances of Ph3xIB64.sys that are starting (DO NOT DELETE - only disabled by removing the checkmark in the left hand column)
5 Check in Device Manager (to include showing hidden devices from the View menu item) and ensure that any instances of Ph3xIB64.sys (or any other Phillips entries) are "Uninstalled" (DO NOT DISABLE THESE).
6 Check in the Services applet (services.msc) to be sure any instances of Ph3xIB64.sys or any other Phillips entries are disabled.
7 Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename the Ph3xIB64.sys driver to Ph3xIB64.BAD

In the event that the system doesn't boot:

1 Boot from the System Repair disc and use the Command Prompt option to rename Ph3xIB64.BAD to Ph3xIB64.sys
2 Boot from the System Repair disc and use the System Restore option to restore the system to a point before the changes were made.

Good luck!

If the BSOD's continue after doing these things, then it's most likely time to start hardware diagnostics. You can get a head start on this by running the free diagnostics from here: Link Removed - Invalid URL
