Solution
Hey there, welcome...

1) Update the Broadcom Bluetooth drivers from Sony's site:

btwavdt btwavdt.sys Tue Aug 25 16:35:17 2009
btwl2cap btwl2cap.sys Fri Apr 03 20:28:45 2009
btwrchid btwrchid.sys Tue Aug 25 16:36:32 2009

2) Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and delete this driver:

ArcSoftKsUFilter ArcSoftKsUFilter.sys Mon May 25 04:27:31 2009

Reboot.

3) Update the Realtek HD Audio driver:

RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Mon Nov 30 07:39:43 2009

Run the program, reboot, then run it again:
Link Removed

4) Update the Sony Firmware Extension Parser driver for your machine. It controls screen brightness and other things, so it may be part of some software. It's up to you to find it, as it must be updated. Please don't ask me...

BSOD caused by Win32k.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

Hello,
This happens whenever I exit a game. Sometimes randomly when multi-tasking.
I use Win7 x64 Sony Vaio VPCEA16FA.
I've also updated/reinstalled hardwares using Vaio Care (bundled when I bought it).
Thanks, all your replies are very much appreciated.

Re: BSOD caused by Win32k.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

No matter how many crash dumps you post, the answer is always going to be the same, until you actually update the SFEP driver. I assure you, it is very easy to do. Please do not put this on us any longer, if you aren't finding the right way to update, especially after I went and found the installer and even attached it above:

Code:
2: kd> lmvm sfep
start end module name
fffff880`05fe4000 fffff880`05fe6c80 SFEP (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\SFEP.sys
    Image name: SFEP.sys
    Timestamp: Fri Aug 03 01:35:53 2007 (46B2BEB9)
    CheckSum: 00003282

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Please contact Sony Support instead for further help, if necessary, so they can show you how to install it.

Re: BSOD caused by Win32k.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

Eh, didn't mean to sound so harsh, as it seems I was little unintentionally upon re-reading my latest post. Anyhow, is it now updated with the file showing 2010 as date modified in the driver folder? How it the machine behaving now?

Re: BSOD caused by Win32k.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

Sorry about that. 8-}
Regarding the file you've attached, I ran the .exe file (DPinst.exe) and it still didn't update. In fact, I've used the same installer before, and i've had no luck (sorry you had to upload it again! #-o). I really think the 2009 version is already the latest one. I receive this message whenever I try to update:

The device driver installation wizard did not update any of your software for your hardware devices because it was not better than the software you currently have installed.

Everything's pretty much the same, I get BSODs now and again even after Ive updated softwares for the hardwares already.
Thanks. :)

The latest one is from 3/15/2010. Extract the download. Go in the x64 folder and copy SFEP.sys. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and paste it over the existing one.

Reboot.

i did.
i tested it, and i still get it :/ (bluescreen, literally)
im starting to think this is caused by faulty hardware..
should i repost my dump again?

Code:
0: kd> lmvm sfep

You haven't over-written the file as previously shown to do, then rebooted.

If you would have done so, this file would show as March 2010, instead. March 15, 2010 to be exact.

Untitled-1-1.jpg

Am i not on the right path? Or did copy the wrong file?

Looks good now. The last crash dump you posted (when it was created) did not have that file version where it is now. Or you didn't reboot before it was made.

See, it crashed after Ive already copied the .sys file to the driver's folder. I did reboot, but BSODs persist. If you looked at the file properties of my dump file, it was only created yesterday 8:30pm, which was 20hrs ago.

The crash happened due to SFEP.sys 2007. If you get any new crashes after the update, attach the latest crash dumps.

I downloaded the SFEP update from here,Original Drivers and Applications for VPCE Series (Windows 7 64-Bit) : Sony Asia Pacific, and i get the message that it is at it's latest version. So, what I did was, copy the .sys file to the ..system32/drivers folder manually. How come it's still 2007? i think it's up-to-date and i tried every way possible. what'ya think?

Also,
Of course should be no overclocking with Intel Turbo Boost,

Impcd.sys Mon Oct 26 16:39:41 2009

how should i disable this overlocking?
Sorry, i really am a beginner at this.#-o
