Windows 7 BSOD: Bad Pool Header and Bad Pool Caller

Hi, I am experiencing blue screen few weeks ago and it got worsen this week. I often get Bad Pool Header Stop: 0x00000019 and sometimes Bad Pool Caller stop: 0x000000c2. I don't know how to copy the whole error code but here are my minidump file. I've already uninstalled some of the software that have been updated or installed during those days. This laptop is a little bit old. I can still use it in normal mode but when opening some software or even visiting some website the blue screen will trigger. Hope someone can help me with this. Thanks in advance.

I don't have time to look at in detail, but it looks like the pool headers may be corrupt in the AsDsm.sys driver. Looks like this is an Asus driver. Might want to see if it can be upgraded or removed.

Hi,
as Neem's correctly points out the probable cause points to:

AsDsm.sys Fri Feb 13 06:14:26 2009: Asus Data Security Manager Driver.

This driver appears in a number of places include the call stack which is almost a guarantee it's at fault.

The dump file has you down as using a ASUS K40IJ laptop running Windows 7 SP1. Your support page can be found here:

See if you can find a later version or try re-installing again.

If the bsod continues please try removing Avast AV suite as a test.

Post any new dump files.
