There all the same.
Blaming, netio.sys. Not likely the actual culprit.
The fact that you are currently running both AVG and McAfee combined may be part of the problem.
Consider removing both using the normal uninstaller program or control panel programs and features applet. Then also run the vendor specific proprietary removal tool. A list of which can be found here Security Software | SingularLabs
Replace, at least for now with Microsoft Security Essentials from here Link Removed due to 404 Error
If Blue Screens persists
Then:
Please read the first post in this sticky thread here How to ask for help with a BSOD problem
Do your best to accumulate the data required.
Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.
Additionally, if you haven’t already, please take some time and fill out your system specs in your forum profile area http://windows7forums.com/windows-7...you-filling-your-system-specs.html#post235529 .
Good luck
Randy

I have included those files in the dumps.zip

There is no images from CPUz nor an HTML report from RAMMon, that I can find in your "dumps.zip"
Plus the msinfo32.nfo file that you did manage to include is corrupt. I cannot open it.

I removed AVG but did not update the files didn't know.(now updated)
I don't have McAfee installed.

Feel free to attach any more recent .dmp files. The latest you have attached 031412-48625-01.dmp, still shows
mfeapfk McAfee Inc. mfeapfk Kernel 03/03/2011 00:02:03
mfeavfk McAfee Inc. mfeavfk Kernel 03/03/2011 00:02:29
mfefirek McAfee Inc. mfefirek Kernel 03/03/2011 00:05:07

mferkdet McAfee Inc. mferkdet Kernel 03/03/2011 00:02:48
mfewfpk McAfee Inc. mfewfpk Kernel 03/03/2011 00:01:25
and
AVGIDSDriver AVGIDSDriver Kernel 10/07/2011 23:36:37
AVGIDSEH AVGIDSEH Kernel 10/07/2011 23:36:50
AVGIDSFilter AVGIDSFilter Kernel 10/07/2011 23:37:05

Avgmfx64 AVG Mini-Filter Reside File System 08/08/2011 04:41:46
Avgrkx64 AVG Anti-Rootkit Drive File System 13/09/2011 05:02:34
Avgtdia AVG TDI Driver Kernel 10/07/2011 23:46:53

They are attached now sorry its in no avg.
i still cannot find McAfee anywhere on the system.

Latest dump file 031612-23166-01.dmp still shows
mfeavfk.sys3/2/2011
mfefirek.sys3/2/2011
mfehidk.sys3/2/2011
mfenlfk.sys3/2/2011
mfewfpk.sys3/2/2011
You may want to try using this http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe that is McAfee's own vendor specific proprietary removal tool and should work.
Failing that you may want to perform a search
mfeapfkMcAfee Inc. mfeapfkc:\windows\system32\drivers\mfeapfk.sysKernel Driver
mfeavfkMcAfee Inc. mfeavfkc:\windows\system32\drivers\mfeavfk.sysKernel Driver
mfefirekMcAfee Inc. mfefirekc:\windows\system32\drivers\mfefirek.sysKernel Driver
mfehidkMcAfee Inc. mfehidkc:\windows\system32\drivers\mfehidk.sysKernel Driver
mfenlfkMcAfee NDIS Light Filterc:\windows\system32\drivers\mfenlfk.sysKernel Driver
mferkdetMcAfee Inc. mferkdetc:\windows\system32\drivers\mferkdet.sysKernel Driver
mfewfpkMcAfee Inc. mfewfpkc:\windows\system32\drivers\mfewfpk.sysKernel Driver
and consider renaming the files extension from .sys to .OLD
And while you are at it, uninstall Daemon Tools LITE for the time being.
