Hi.

I have experienced the BSOD several times today. After the reboot, windows was unable to start-up again and required a start-up repair each time.

No previous episodes of BSOD. I installed a number of critical and recommended windows updates last night. Have restored my system to a point prior to the updates, but still got a BSOD shortly afterwards.

Have attached the necessary reports and screenshots.

Thanking you in advance for your assistance.

Regards
Harry

Hi,
I checked your download but no dmp files included. Please resend.

Hi.

I restored my PC back to a timestamp about 7 hours prior to the Windows Update installs, and system appears to be stable now. No BSOD's in the past 24 hours.

In reference to the dmp files, I manually located the minidump folder. It had a lock icon on it. Opened the folder and it was empty. Will go through the steps to enable the minidump to be created. Will do that procedure before I go back to Windows Update.

Will post back here if I experience any further BSOD's.

Once again thanks.

Harry
