Windows 7 BSOD I need help!

I bought my PC a month ago and I've had the BSOD appear a few times already, since I have guarantee coverage I can change the hardware if there's a problem with it. I'm hoping it's not the RAM but I'm no expert, hope you can give me a hand here.
I think I've got everything needed in the .RAR file, if not let me know and I'll re-upload any missing file.
