Please check Windows Update to ensure that you have ALL available updates

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please remove the drivers for this device and physically remove the device from your system (AFAIK there are no updated drivers available for this device):
xusb21.sys Thu Aug 13 18:10:17 2009 (4A848F49)
XBox USB wireless controller [br] BSOD issues in Win7 with 2009 driver (found in mid-2012)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=xusb21.sys

Please update the next 2 drivers (they'll be contained in the same package/installer).

ok so i deleted xbox driver and updated usb 3.0 driver package but i ran driver list and it still shows xbox usb i went to device manager and it does not show xbox usb View attachment W7F_04-01-2013.zip

While not what I expected, let's wait and see if that continues to cause BSOD's.
If you get another BSOD, please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload it with your next post.

Ok thanks for the support havnt had bsod since driver fix but one question do you know of a good game controller with good drivers

I'm not a gamer, so I don't have a clue about controllers.
I'd check in gaming forums and pick the most recommended there (with the exception of the one you have currently).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

nusb3hub.sys Thu Dec 9 23:50:35 2010 (4D01B19B)
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 version)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=nusb3hub.sys

nusb3xhc.sys Thu Dec 9 23:50:35 2010 (4D01B19B)
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 version)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=nusb3xhc.sys

Not a whole bunch of evidence here. I'd suggest updating/removing this program/device (simply because it dates from 2010):
povrtdev.sys Wed Feb 24 05:51:44 2010 (4B8504C0)
PlayOn Virtual Audio Device
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=povrtdev.sys

Beyond that, if the BSOD's don't stop, please try running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

can you help me here i dont know wich one to download driver list.PNG

I don't know if that's the one or not. I tried extracting it and wasn't able to get any info from it.

I suggest that we just wait and see if the BSOD's come back. If not, then the NEC controller is a non-issue for you.

I ran memtest and one stick came back with several errors errors started coming up right after boot and never.stoped could this be my issue.cuasing all my bsods

Yes, bad RAM will cause BSOD's.
Remove the stick and see how the system runs without it.
The system will usually run slower with less RAM, so that's to be expected.

If the RAM is under warranty, return it for replacement.
If not, then decide if another stick is worth purchasing.
Follow anti-static precautions when removing/replacing/inserting RAM.

i wanted to update you
