Hi,
almost all your dump files are like the above which blames a machine check exception for causing the bsod. Normal causes for MCE errors include overheating and/or incorrect hardware installation. Specific manually-induced causes include:
  • overclocking (which normally increases heat-output)
  • poorly-fitted heatsink/computer fans (the same problem can happen with excessive dust in the CPU fan)
  • an overloaded internal or external power-supply (fixable by upgrading)
You also had dump files for Bugcheck 116 which means the gpu driver stopped responding. This might be related especially if your PSU is under powered. Please list exact PSU stating manufacturer and model please.
If your overclocking then stop and return to default values. Monitor temperatures using this application:
http://www.hwinfo.com/
You need to check what the temp is when the machine is stressed.

Your current Bios is 0601 and there is an update available specifically for system stability:
http://www.asus.com/ph/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX3/HelpDesk_Download/

sptd.sys Thu Oct 31 15:26:53 2013: SCSI Pass Through Direct Host - Daemon Tools (known BSOD issues) uninstall to test.

Post any new dump files

thanks for your fast reply.i have used these commands
  1. sfc /scannow - result: no integrity violation
  2. dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth - component store is repairable
  3. dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth - component store is repairable
  4. dism /online /cleanup-image /analyzecomponentstore component store cleanup recommended: Yes
  5. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
they repaired one file, now im gonna try to update bios and gonna try on Dota 2,which usually caused BSOD,and gonna update if it worked or not.thanks
and my Psu is RaptoxX 550W

its working now,i didn't get any BSOD so far after i run these commands
  1. sfc /scannow - result: no integrity violation
  2. dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth - component store is repairable

It looks like i had an corrupted file which caused BSOD.
Thanks for your help Sir.

im getting again BSOD,stopped for some days but it came back again and no idea how to fix it,just uploaded dumb files hope all files are there im getting bsod everytime i play BF4 or Watch dogs.temperatues are 70 celcius on cpu and 50~on gpu.i've run Prime95 for around 30 min no BSod,tested gpu aswell with Heaven Benchmark didnt get BSOD.no idea who is causing it

Hi,
your most recent dump files were the same as the first one I debugged above. Reading through your replies I see you only applied the system file checks:

Thanks for your help Sir.

Read through my post again and apply all the updates I mention as well as removing Daemon Tools. Can you also ensure your system settings are like this:

Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be
found later.
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

For some reason I'm not seeing your unloaded drivers or bios details so please check the above settings.

The dump files seem to indicate a bad CPU.

The error itself indicates an attempt to read data from the level 0 cache failed, either because it was corrupt or it missed. It's on the exact same processor and memory bank, given that it's on the primary processor as well it doesn't look good.

My best bet is a bad CPU.

Check your temps, use Speccy to monitor your temperatures.

https://www.piriform.com/speccy

Try resetting the CMOS as there may be improper settings.

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/tp/clearcmos.htm

Remove any bloatware from your computer, it's generally from your motherboard manufacturer.

If all that fails then I would replace the CPU.

You mention your temperatures were around 70C, that is very hot for a CPU, you need to find a way to lower those temps.
Reapply the thermal paste, clean out the dust in your PC.

thank you sir for your reply,i've changed the cpu fan now my temp on cpu is around 40 on games like bf4 or watch dogs hits 60 maxx,i've tested with prime95 for several hours and didn't crash, when i try benchmark my gpu with Valley Benchmark 1.0 it crashes again sometimes restarts sometimes it stucked on yellow screen and screams lol(sorry for my english).i hope its cpu not a gpu, posting another crash dumbs, and gonna follow those steppes that you linked
Thank you again for your help

It's still the same type of error.

Code:
Severity : Fatal

Error : BUSL0_SRC_ERR_M_NOTIMEOUT_ERR (Proc 0 Bank 0)
  Status : 0xf200084000000800

I'd remove your GPU and see if it continues, try running it on the integrated graphics.
Lets try and eliminate the GPU from the equation although I think its your CPU failing.

Sounds great Adem.
Whilst 70c is quite hot for some chips AMD in particular. Some Intel chips however can and do regularly get to those temps. To ensure your CPU isn't faulty run the Intel diagnostic test:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=19792

Also did you apply the changes outlined in my post above? You never did say whether you'd updated the Bios which I stress again has updates for system stability and could be the answer to your issue.

I have updated everything,i've removed r9 270x from pc and played Dota 2 for 3 hours straight and didn't get a crash, when i put the gpu on pc and try dota 2 on first 5 min i get crash,pc restarts,i've run FurMark for 20 min on burning test strange it didn't crash but on games and Valley Benchmark 1.0 it crash.Could it be PCI slot,or Gpu is dying or dead?

Here are some files from testing with Intel Processor Diagnostic TOOL 64bit

and btw i'm having exact same crash as before with my nvidia 550ti which died 1 year ago, hope this is not the gpu fault again

Thanks.Peace

Hi,
I think the issue is your PSU. The Raptoxx uses 12v ATX v1.3 firmware Current generation hardware was designed according to version 2 It's an old design which it's efficiency at full load is 70% not 80% like today's modern PSU's.

Specification Compliance ATX12V 1.3
Dimensions (width x depth x height) 14 cm x 15 cm x 8.5 cm
Weight 1.6 kg
Cooling System 120 mm fan
Power Capacity 550 Watt
http://www.limundo.com/kupovina/Racunari-i-oprema/Komponente/Napajanja/RaptoxX-550W/25715573

Regardless of whether the gpu is faulty or not you need to update this PSU to a modern one with reputable brand.

hi again,i've downcloacked r9 270x from 1120mhz to 1010 mhz and memory 1290.its look likes its really psu,i didn't get a bsod so far tried dota 2 for 30 min and cod4 mw and didn't get any crash before i got crash on these 2 games.i will let you know if i get anymore crashes
Thank you for your time people really appreciate that.

Hey Adem,
sounds like you've made progress and of course with the card being downclocked it doesn't draw as much power. We never close threads so just post back if need be. :)
