My mother's laptop has recently starting suffering frequent BSODs - having started to look at it, it seems to mainly happen when connecting to the internet.

I haven't been able to run many of the suggested software as connecting to the internet causes it to crash.

I attach one of the desired files.

It is a TOSHIBA laptop, running WINDOW 7 Home Premium SP1. It has a Celeron Dual-Core CPU T3000 @ 1.80 GHz, with 2 GB RAM.

Any advice would be greatly welcomed.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: Link Removed If it doesn't work for you, try running it in Safe Mode (or Safe Mode with Networking).

At work we run diagnostics on every system that we take in for repair (before we even start working on it). At a minimum, please run the free diagnostics here: Link Removed. For more in-depth diagnostics, please run those listed here: Link Removed

Use another computer to download the tools and then carry them over (using either a CD or a USB drive).

Also, download ALL updates for the system from the Toshiba website on another computer - and then carry them over (using either a CD or a USB drive) to the problem computer in order to update it...

Try this (a hunch that I have):

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
