I think it will just set your system to it's normal defaults.Also I set my bsod into fail-safe mode. Do you think that can help anything?

I also recently installed those xbox drivers after these bsods were happening.I will install the new xbox drivers. I also did the Intel Burntest and passed all of them with passable temps.

its not the best but I have used many of them in multiple rigs.
if it is a weak memory controller will I just have to roll with 8-12 gigs?Another thing to try is remove two sticks of RAM just to make sure it isn't down to a weak memory controller.
