Hey, I think I could help you with something. Once I still had such a problem and unfortunately I could not play, which was quite offensive to me. I do not remember how I solved the problem, but I remember that I uninstalled the game, then installed it back and it worked quite well. I since childhood play CSGO and do it to this day. Plus to all for me this type of game is something much more, lately I use and https://skinsmonkey.com / to combine what is pleasant with useful. For me it is enormously productive, I propose this solution to you.
I had the same issue a couple of days ago. As I understood, it is a driver-related issue. However, when I checked the drivers, they were updated to the latest version. So, don't you know what it could be? I checked the disk drive, and everything seems to be working fine, so there must be something else. The weirdest part is that it all happened right after I tried to sell CS:GO skins. I was speaking to a guy, and we didn't even manage to reach an agreement. The last time I checked my inventory, some of my skins were missing! Could it be a simple bug?
