Lately I have been having mad bsod show up after I play games. Its fine will im playing but then 10 mins or so after I close down the game it will crash. I have made sure I have updated video and audio drivers but it doesnt seem to help it. It may be a heat issue but i dont see my temp go up past 50 if that. Here is the dump files below for you to see. I feel lucky being able to post this without crashing.

TIA

Biggyk

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception
Arg4: 0000000000000000, Parameter 1 of the exception

Just downloaded latest xbox adapter software.

I also downloaded and instaled the chipset drivers from gigabytes website.

So far so good. I think when I installed 7, I forgot to download the chipset drivers to begin with. If anything changes I will chime back in. Thanks guys for your input.

Good to hear the problem seems to be gone; however, a couple of days is not enough to be sure. If you don't get a single bsod over 2-3 weeks, it would be a more sound evidence. If you get more bsod's, attach them, we'll try to help.

Well I played a game for 2 hours today no problems. Quit the game and 2 mins later, boom blue screen.

PowerISO is great. So is Daemon Tools if you want it, just make sure to keep them up to date.

I installed PowerIso and everything was going great today then this evening 2 different bsod. I was playing a game for at least an hour before this happened and I quit the game to desktop no problems. So its doesn't happen in the game. I once bluescreened loading into safe mode.

Likely faulty RAM then.

Otherwise, update your NEC USB 3.0 driver from motherboard manufacturer's site. This particular exact one caused issues for another user, definitely without doubt:

nusb3xhc nusb3xhc.sys Thu Apr 22 21:34:36 2010

And also update your AMD chipset drivers to latest, to update this oldie:

usbfilter usbfilter.sys Fri Apr 03 07:39:51 2009

I already upgraded the chipset and usb drivers two days ago and this computer is only a month old, I just built it.

Just building it means absolutely nothing. The driver dates do. They haven't been updated yet.

Both the NEC 3.0 USB and AMD chipset drivers still need updating. Perhaps you have downloaded/installed incorrect AMD chipset drivers. That would be the only reason why the AMD USB driver is still old.

Which motherboard?

Its the gigbabyte 770t-usb 3

I went right to the website to get the drivers and installed these drivers.
GA-770T-USB3 (rev. 1.3) - GIGABYTE and I choose win7 64bit

I reinstalled the usb3 driver and this time I had a utility app show up in my start menu so thats correctly installed and the amd chipset I must have installed twice.

I also ran memtest and everything is fine, no problems.

Im wondering if it could be a heat issue and I need another fan. I have one outtake in the back, one small intake on the case door and of course the cpu fan. The video card (gtx460) had two fans. The front 120mm fan on the front broke so nothing in the front pulling air in. Im going to keep my eye on the temps and see what I come up with.

I'm on the page now and see a very nice update to 7/22/2010 for the NEC USB 3.0

Old one from crash dumps, which is a known problem causer:

nusb3xhc nusb3xhc.sys Thu Apr 22 21:34:36 2010

-------

I have done a little research and have found the VMPlayer or VMWare installs a file of the same name of usbfilter.sys. Highlly suggest to uninstall any software of this type as it is too old for Windows. Then check C:\Windows\System32\drivers and delete usbfilter.sys if it is still there. (It is not part of the chipset driver package for your motherboard.) Reboot.

------

Heat and/or a video card error can not produce the crash dump/stop error types you have.
