Windows 7 Can Someone please help with these BSOD minidumps

hi guys,
Win 7 been running quite fine for a while, haven't made any changes really that i thought would cause BSOD's but apparently i have coz i've had 2 in 24 hours. Both minidumps are in attached RAR file.

Hello there,

Seems like athrxu6.sys i.e. Atheros WiFi NIC driver seems to crash the system. Updated the drivers from manufacture's website.
