Windows 7 Can't read the DMP file

I put in WD MYBOOKLIVE which is a network drive and I got a Blue screen. I also get it if I put in a Logitech webcam which I really need.WD tech support said the drive has nothing to do with the Blue screen. I triedt o read the DMP file by putting it into WORD but that didn't work. I don't know how to fix this problem, can anyone help. I have 3 screen shots that mighthelp.
