Windows 7 Can't start windows 7

Screen :Reboot & select proper boot Device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key. Don't know what this means.
Ctrl alt/delete brings me back to above message.
Have turned computer off & back on. No help.
Cannot get beyond black screen & above message to "RESTART."
Have no kind of boot disk.

It means something has happened to the disk drive.
Enter the BIOS and see if the disk is detected. You should see the option to access the BIOS settings immediately after you power on the computer.

No idea how to enter BIOS. Got help elsewhere.

It depends on the motherboard model.
Is your problem solved now?
If not, please let me know your motherboard model and I will look for the instructions on how to access the BIOS.
