Windows 10 Can't update the build because of this:

When I am going to Windows Update Setting in App it is loading forever. I can't even go to setting of the update.

The wx updates is an auto-install... you don't get any options for it in but you can go into setting (after it has finished install) and tell it yes or no to other microsoft option like office.
