Dear Dave,
It wasn't "Defrag and optimise drives". And i don't have any 3rd party disk checker, or a script.
It were this parameters
/k:C in front of
autocheck autochk in regedit, that caused the disk check after restart/boot to always happen
!
There are a lot of IT articles in internet full of misinformation.
This 2 articles i just pulled (out of dozen others) state
/k:C stops disk check from being performed on the C drive after restart/boot.
1. Click Start > Run > type Regedit and click OK or Enter * In Windows 7 type Regedit in the search box and press Enter 2. Navigate to ...

Link Removed
Now it has only
autocheck autochk *, and disk check is gone!
Why is that? It's odd!
