Windows 7 Computer can't shutdown properly

My Computer can't shutdown properly in windows 7 from today !

when I shutdown in blue screen said a error then it restart again

then after restart this massage show:

What I should to solved this problem ?

Right-click on Computer on the desktop and choose properties, the click the System Protection link and choose System Restore
