Windows 7 Computer can't shutdown properly

My Computer can't shutdown properly in windows 7 from today !

when I shutdown in blue screen said a error then it restart again

I had the same problem and set my BIOS parameters to default and the problem went away.

Right-click on Computer on the desktop and choose properties, the click the System Protection link and choose System Restore
