i recently did a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate on my computer.

the install went fine and i've been using the computer with no issues for a few days, then all of a sudden the computer restarts after a BSOD. this has happened continuously since then as well, even when i'm in the middle of doing something like browsing a website.

the message displayed after the restart:

Windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down.

Windows can check online for a solution for the problem.

these are the problem details:

the operating system has all of the latest Microsoft updates and all of the computer hardware is recognized in device manager.

i've done a scan on the hard drive with the manufacturer's utility software as well in case there are issues with it and the scan comes up clean doing both the basic and extensive tests. i've also replaced the all of the memory with new modules and the hard drive as well... the motherboard and power supply are both fairly new as well.

i've attached all requested information in a zip file as well.

any and all help is greatly appreciated.

thanks.

Solution
If CPU-Z doesn't show it, I doubt CPUID will.

Uninstalling Comodo should fix it:

RAISED_IRQL_FAULT_svchost.exe_cmdguard+da56

Do your best to update drivers:

ATI
atikmdag.sys Fri Apr 24 06:50:20 2009

Realtek AC'97 Audio
RTKVAC.SYS Thu Jun 18 15:36:37 2009

SiS PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
Silicon Integrated Systems Corporation

sisnic.sys Fri Jul 07 03:36:33 2006

SiS AGPv3.5
Silicon Integrated Systems Corporation

SISAGPX.sys Fri Oct 20 03:58:50 2006

If there are no 7 compatible drivers for your hardware, this means your hardware is not officially supported by Windows 7.

why uninstall Comodo? i already have MSE installed, which is only antivirus.

i don't use Sata or RAID in my system, and i'm not sure where to get drivers for others like QLogic and Intel Matrix Storage.

Could you reattach the MEMORY tab and SPD for each of your sticks.

the screenshots are with the new memory installed... i've attached the screenshot for spd slot#2 (spd slot#1 was uploaded with the original post).

Why uninstall Comodo?

- Because the crash was caused by it:

020911-19000-01.dmp
IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE
Caused by cmdguard.sys <-- COMODO Internet Security
cmdguard.sys 05/01/2011 12:05:53

To update Intel, use Link Removed.

Update other drivers, as many as you can:

The ATI driver is old and is not well compatible with 7:

atikmdag.sys 24/04/2009

Realtek AC'97 Audio Driver is old:

RTKVAC.SYS 18/06/2009

SiS AGPv3.5 by Silicon Integrated Systems Corporation is old:

SISAGPX.sys 20/10/2006

Thank you for the SPD. Attach MEMORY also, because the one in your zip looks empty.

thanks for the feedback, i'll look into the items you have noted.

is there a way to show details for the Memory tab in CPU-ID? it appears blank when i click on it and i'm not aware of a way to show any information on that tab.

Solution

i've completely uninstalled comodo (using revo uninstaller advanced uninstall) and still no luck.

i've updated my graphics driver with the latest vista driver available from the amd website.

where can i find a driver for the ac'97 audio? all i'm seeing on the realtek website is downloads for audio codecs.
