Hi,
the above Bugcheck means your gpu driver didn't respond within an allotted amount of time when reset. Usually it's a driver issue although many things can cause a TDR here are just a few:
Incorrectly configured, old, or corrupted device drivers. (very common)
Corruption in Windows registry from a recent software change (install or uninstall).
Virus or malware infection that has corrupted Windows system files or Windows Operating System-related program files.
Driver conflict after installing new hardware.
Damaged or removed system files after you’ve installed software or drivers related to Windows Operating System.
Error 0x116 blue screen caused by a damaged hard disk.
VIDEO_TDR_ERROR STOP error due to memory (RAM) corruption.
If your overclocking at all please return to default values until source of bsod is found.
I see your running the last Whql driver AMD released, have you tried installing the latest Beta?

This app will check the memory on the card itself:

You do have a list of 'likely suspects' in your drivers:
avgtpx64.sys Thu Aug 29 08:25:58 2013: Driver for AVG Secure Search. AVG is known on occasion to cause the odd issue. If the bsod continues consider removing.
AsrAppCharger.sys Tue May 10 09:28:46 2011: ASRock App Charger can be a Likely BSOD cause, again if the bsod continues consider removing.
dtsoftbus01.sys Thu Jun 20 08:22:51 2013: Daemon Tools driver Possible BSOD issues in Win7. As above.
See if the Intel driver update utility has anything for you:

See how you go after the above. If you still get a bsod we'll test further. Oh and do send any new dump files in.
