Hi

Try this.

Open Device Manager.

Find your audio device in the Sound, video and game controllers tab.

Right Click on it and select Uninstall, select the Delete all software for this device check box and click OK.

Reboot your computer.
Windows will reinstall and reconfigure the device and find the drivers for it.

There's a good chance that this will fix the problem.

You may need to do this with both the "IDT High definition áudio codec" and the "AMD High defintion áudio device".

I'd do them one at a time as apposed to doing them both at the same time.

Hi

As a last resort...

I had a lot of issues with my Sound Blaster card in Windows 10.
Nothing I found would fix it, so I switched to my on board sound.

I don't really hear any difference in the sound, it sound basically the same, and my problems all went away.

A picture of your sound control panel might be helpful in figuring out what your options are.

Here you can see my options for both the Sound Blaster card and the Realtek On Board options.
While it always shows that the Sound Blaster is "Ready" it doesn't work when I plug in the speakers and try it.
