Windows 7 Context menu for files has wrong fonts

I have a very strange issue which has been around for a while but I didn't really notice it until now.

The right click context menu for files has a different font/style than for folders etc

See the picture below to clarify (left is file context, right is folder context)

Anybody have any idea how to fix this?

Sorry but they look the same to me. I can't tell the difference if its there.

Look at the horizontal separators - they are definitely different
